My fundraising journey for the Ayrshire Hospice

I am running in honour of my amazing Mum.  My mum was kind, caring, beautiful, fun and so full of life.  She was my best friend and I miss her terribly.  

In the final few weeks of my Mum's life she received incredible care from the Ayrshire Hospice.  I will never forget the compassion and kindness that was shown to her from every member of staff.  She was so well looked after and I believe it was because of this exceptional care that we got to have more time with her.  Nothing was ever too much trouble and I know she felt very at peace there. 

I am proud to be raising funds for such an amazing cause which we were so lucky to be able to access.  I am forever grateful.
